Breakfast of Farmers

The first week our hens started laying we knew we had to celebrate! And what better way to celebrate eggs than with than breakfast?!
Kathy made fried eggs for the first time ever! They were awesome! Since then we have found that most of our super large eggs are double yolked, which makes for very cool breakfast eggs (however you like them!)
We cooked up some bacon that our friend Dave gave us (from his farm raised pigs!) and the only thing left was something to drink… We had left over margaritas in the freezer from a couple of nights before . We know that margaritas aren’t a breakfast drink BUT anti-scurvy juice is (served in a juice glass of course)!
